Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs procedures, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. AseelLuxe is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. Reshipping fees may apply.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
